Trip to Mozambique

Dear Saints,

Greetings on this first day of summer. Thanks for your love for us and for all your prayers. Please keep them coming!!!

The wedding in Seattle was a good experience and our neice Jessica was such a beautiful bride. She's in Hawaii right now. Everyone liked the cake and the short, but sweet ceremony at the country club.

We all got back home safely, for which we give thanks to God. I did the 2000 miles from Seattle to Illinois in the motorhome in just over two days. Brenda and Andrea flew home to save time and Tim and Nathan stayed with Barbie and Caleb in Moses Lake, Washington. We probably won't see them until September.

In three days we fly out of Chicago to Mozambique. I came home to a mountain of mail, including the not-so-fun kind. I have many things to accomplish, but I got a good start today after rolling in at about 11 AM.

TO ALL GOING WITH US TO MOZAMBIQUE: (Others can read, but don't get too jealous)

I talked to Jeri in Pemba today. It looks like there will be beds available for all the single guys and gals in the housing now available in the two centers. Couples can stay in the Nautilaus Hotel by the beach or separate and stay in the dorms if they have enough room for all of us. Another alternative is to sleep in tents if you like. The weather should be just about right for that.

NOTE: They have enough bedding for everyone, including sheets, pillows and sleeping bags. They also have the tents. All of these were left by the Todd Bentley people last month.

Even better: There will be three or four outreaches every week. This is where anything can happen. We WILL see miracles and conversions. There may be opposition. There will be spiritual warfare.

There will even be overnight outreaches for those who want to do them. That means we take tents and sleeping bags, I presume.

I will be doing some ministry to pastors in training and will be getting together with IRIS leaders to plan our Chicago Sending Center. Jeri sounded very excited about the Sending Center as we also are. When we get back we will have to get to work on it.

God bless you all. Again, please pray for us and the warfare that would try to keep us from experiencing the victory and the joy that God has already provided for us.

We love you and appreciate you so much!!!

Blessings in Jesus!

Ben and Brenda
