Greetings Friends,
SEPTEMBER SCHEDULE
We had a great home meeting in Arlington Heights last Friday and will be doing a couple more private meetings in the next two weeks in different locations. The rest of the time I will be trying to finish the book that I'm working on. Since I began in July, by God's grace, I have written over 45,000 words. I'm probably about two-thirds complete.
Our next public service will be Sunday afternoon, September 14, at 2 pm at the Church of the Firstborn. The address is: 1938 W. 51st St. Chicago, IL.
After that we will do another private meeting on Monday and then we begin the Elgin Revival meetings on Thursday, September 18. We will have Vance Murphy from Atlanta on the first two nights and our youth team on Saturday. The host church is Eagles Nest on Chicago St. in Elgin. On that Saturday, Brenda and I will be ministering in Palatine, but our son, Timothy, and our team will bless you all.
The following week it will be mostly Brenda and me leading the revival from Sept. 21-23, each evening in Elgin. We trust that it will be just the beginning of an ongoing revival.
On Saturdays, our team will lead outreach ministries to evangelize the region. This could be a very exciting time for those with a passion to reach others with the love and power of Jesus.
On Sunday, September 28, we will be at Christ for all Nations Ministries in Northfield, IL. at 2 pm.
A LITTLE MORE POLITICS
The following is my personal view and not a ministry endorsement of a political candidate.
So much is happening so fast with all the hurricanes and conventions at the same time, but I'd like to share some private information. Liberals are trying to dig up all the dirt they can about Sarah Palin, but I heard some very encouraging news from our son, Ken.
Ken met a pastor from Alaska who was bragging about their Christian governor, before he knew she would be nominated as a vice presidential candidate. He was friends with the pastor of the church Sarah and her family attend. It is a church that believes in the fullness of the Holy Spirit. It just happened that for the last two weeks Governor Palin had been spending two to three hours per day in the prayer room at the church where she could seek God alone. Obviously, she was praying about the decision she was facing, knowing her family would come under scrutiny, etc.
Sarah is the first Pentecostal/Charismatic ever on a ticket for President or Vice President. She has shown tenacity in fighting corruption and is just what Washington D.C. needs. We feel she is well prepared to be president if she had the opportunity, namely because she has learned to seek God's wisdom. We are quite excited.
On the other hand, we have a presidential candidate that is SO NOT pro-life that it is scary. If you want to know more, please check out the following clip. It may shock you but it is undeniably true.
I am not the slightest bit prejudiced. I would love to vote for a black person or Hispanic or Asian if they valued human life, but I think for this time I will have to vote for a white man and a white woman.

UPDATE ON ROLLAND BAKER
Contrary to what I was told by someone in Mozambique, Rolland did not have any mini-strokes. He was under a spiritual and psychological attack by the enemy, designed to take him out. But he is recovering steadily and I believe is being totally healed.
I had two visions in Mozambique regarding the Bakers and know that because they are opening the gates into the land of darkness, they have come under severe attacks which never let up. Those who have come to help them have suffered as well, but they bear the brunt of the most attacks. But I saw God flood the gates with light and the attackers had to back off. Then the armies of God poured through the gates they had opened and took the light into the darkness. They became gatekeepers, blessing those who passed through the gates.
The second vision was of the land being flooded by the presence and glory of God coming in like water from the ocean after the floodgates were opened by them. God is going to give them the nation and teach them the ways of breakthrough for other nations.

GOD BLESS AMERICA
I have watched a lot of the conventions and comments in the last two weeks as both political parties did their best to make their case to the American people. There was a lot of stretching the truth and ignoring facts, as always happens, but regardless of the political games, I believe God has given us a clear choice in the next elections.
Some, especially many of our African American friends, feel that finally Martin Luther King's dream is coming true. And we do rejoice that America has matured to the point that they could elect a non-white person to the most important position in government. And how awesome it would be if this man was in agreement with the heart of God for America. He is very gifted and brilliant, but I as an individual voter, cannot vote for him unless he drastically changes his positions on the life of the unborn and newborn.
He voted to protect the barbaric practice of partial birth abortions - a grizzly unthinkable procedure and he truly did oppose a bill to protect the life of babies born alive in botched abortion attempts. He is more pro-abortion than almost anyone in the land, according to his record. Because of the shedding of innocent blood, there is great danger of judgment on America, and we have already seen some of that.
As long as we legalize abortion, we cannot prosper, no matter how brilliant our president or congress are. We need God's forgiveness and His favor.
Meanwhile, we have been hearing prophecies recently from at least two well-known prophets regarding the fact that God would give us a special Vice President - that He was not giving up on America. One was Bob Jones. He said, "We didn't get the choice we wanted for president, but God has a special person for Vice President."
I don't think America was ready to elect a former minister, but they might go along with a mother of five, who also happened to be the most popular governor in the union. Not only that, but she is a Spirit-filled servant of God who is fearless like Deborah. I have been showered with emails about her speaking in church in Alaska and sharing her love for Jesus.
I just got a letter by email this morning sharing information from Dutch Sheets. PLEASE READ THIS AND JUDGE FOR YOURSELF.

Prophecy about McCain & Palin
Peg and I have just returned from our Sunday AM service. As you know we have been involved in 90 days of Hosting the Lord's Presence and its been powerful...in a personal way. We knew there has been lots of warfare because when we get home we are tired and need a nap. The Sunday AM celebrations have been just worship with some intercessory prayer but no preaching or teaching. This morning after an extended time of worship Dutch Sheets, our pastor, shared an exhortation, as he called it. During this Peg and I both were about to explode in our spirits.
I believe you are aware that Dutch was used by the Lord to call prayer before the 2000 Bush election that was so close. He said this morning that this election is perhaps even more critical than 2000 because of the Supreme Court. If the right political posture is not elected, we stand to lose decades of progress and the reprocussions are enormous. Last year Chuck Pierce and Greg Hood (both prophets) prophesied that in 2008 we are not electing a president but the vice president. Dutch said he could get no release in his heart to back Huckabee even though pressured by many in the body of Christ. Huckabee is a good man and a strong believer, but he was not God's choice. Dutch also told us that he knows a man who gave McCain a prophetic word that McCain had made a vow to God when he was at the bottom during his POW days and now God was calling in that vow. McCain was visibly moved by this word.
Dutch was traveling to Texas on Friday and when he landed in the airport, his wife called and told him to get to the TV asap. He watched McCain introduce Governor Palin and said he began to weep, even though he knew nothing about her. (I experienced the very same thing and we have had reports of many others including Newt Gingrich.) He asked what the significance of this 44-year-old woman was and he saw the clock said 4:44. He asked the Lord what that was and the Lord said, "Ezekiel 44:4." "He brought me by way of the north gate to the front of the temple; so I looked, and behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house of the LORD; and I fell on my face. A few years ago Dutch and Chuck Pierce went on a 50-state tour prophesying over the state their part in God's purposes for the U.S. At the meeting in Texas that evening Dutch was relaying his experience about the Governor to Chuck who said, "Do you remember what the word was the Lord gave us for Alaska ?" The Lord had shown them that Alaska is the alpha and omega state. It is the place where things begin and end. You may realize that some of the Alaskan islands are on the other side of the Dateline meaning that the day begins and ends in Alaska . The Lord said that Alaska is a gateway for the Ancient of Days to come into the nation . The Lord told Dutch (back in Alaska ) to tell the people of Alaska to look forward into their destiny. Alaska has an assignment to open doors and a place where prophets and intercessors were trained. It turns out that the Governor who was raised in a Pentecostal Church , according to our newspaper, founded the prayer movement in Alaska .
We will be having the last of our 90 days beginning in a major gathering Sept 11th. The significance of this is that Chuck Pierce had prophecied that there would be 7 years of war and Sept 11 marks the end of that time and the entering of the 8th year. Someone said that 44 = 4+4 or 8.
Dutch asked why he and Chuck were in Texas for this announcement and the Lord reminded him that the word for Texas was that it is a prophetic state - that the Lord's purpose for Texas is this prophetic function.
Dutch then decreed she will enter the White House. Now, if you don't know him, he is cautious, has his feet on the ground, and never goes of "half cocked" when it comes to prophecy. He said that he believes as of Friday the U.S. has come into a new level of alignment with the Lord and His purposes. By the way, the Governor will be the 44th Vice President. He continued to declare that she will be the Margaret Thatcher of America including that she would be President one day. Many other things came forth. I literally thought I would explode because the Lord had shown me many of these same things yesterday.
I believe we especially need to rally prayer for the family and children of the Governor. They will be targeted by the enemy and I believe we need special prayer for the oldest daughter. Please take this seriously in your prayers.

Greetings Friends,
It's been a long time since my last letter and we've been on the road for awhile. Brenda spent time with family in Washington State and I met her after driving to Orlando. We enjoyed the House of Hope conference and shared some time with special people like Bobby Conner, Chonda Pierce and Cory Russel. It was all very enjoyable. Brenda was amazing and awesome as a speaker - getting better every time.
REVIVAL MEETINGS IN ELGIN
We are excited about the Elgin Revival events coming up September 18-20 and 25-27. We are working on the brochure and will get our website updated soon. We have added many things to the itinerary that we have not yet posted, but we really want to focus on revival during this time.
SOME POLITICAL THOUGHTS
We are watching and praying as the political process unfolds. We are asking God for mercy and favor for America. Today we were encouraged by John McCain's choice for a running mate - a strong pro-life governor from Alaska. We believe God has answered the prayers of many Christians who have been disappointed somewhat by the first round of nominees. The Saddleback forum was quite encouraging and today was also a favorable sign for us.
I read a very insightful article a few moments ago and wanted to pass it on. It's about one of the nominees. I thought some of you might be interested. I copied the URL below. I trust you will be able to just click it and read.

I can't say thanks enough to those who have supported us, especially when we are not doing a full slate of meetings or we are doing missions trips, etc. Your prayers and gifts have protected us from the devourer.
Please keep praying as I complete the major book project I am working on in the next two weeks. We don't know yet when it will be published. Please pray that all hindrances will be removed and this book gets launched. Sorry, I can't give any details, but please pray anyway. This is not just another one of my teaching books. It is someone else's story and will impact the world.

Brenda is visiting a lot of family, including her mom and dad, in Washington State this weekend, and will join me in Orlando next weekend for the House of Hope Conference where she will be speaking.

Today, Friday, I will head with the kids to Washington D.C. for TheCall D.C. It's going to be a tremendous time in changing the moral and political direction of our country. Please pray for this event all day Saturday. If you have God TV, you can watch it live. If not, you can find it on the internet on the God TV website. There should be several hundred thousand on the mall for this event.

Pastors Robert Whitt and Mark Ahrens of Elgin have asked us to lead revival services in Elgin in September. Please, if you can, set aside the last two weekends for this special time. The meetings will run Thursday through Saturday for at least two weekends. There will be various worship leaders and perhaps another guest speaker, but the focus will be on the presence and glory of God and the healing power that comes when He comes.
Please pray for these meetings. And please keep praying for Donna's family. Also pray for a young man of 13 who is still fighting for his life.

Important News and Invitation

Greetings Dear Friends,
I just got back from Mozambique, but before I share about that, I have a couple of other important items to share with you. It is wonderful to be home with family, but I'm so glad I got to go to Africa with our team.
Welcome to those who are getting this newsletter for the first time - mainly those who were with us in Africa.
DONNA WITH JESUS
Thanks to all who prayed with us to the end for a miracle. We lost Donna to Heaven this Sunday afternoon. Paul was with her as she slipped away. With his fifteen-year-old daughter they spent a little time asking God to bring her back, but finally let her go to enjoy her reward. Please pray for Paul and his daughters, her family and others who have to go on without her.
We can't answer every "why" question, but I do know that Jesus wants us to contend all the more for the healing anointing. We also need to continue to build and raise the level of faith in the body of Christ and especially focus on raising up the younger generation to do exploits for God. They will usher in the greatest healing and miracle revival. Our older generation needs to bless them with everything we have to give them, especially our love and prophetic encouragement. The days will come soon when cancer will not win the battle
INVITATION TO NATHAN'S GRAD PARTY AT OUR HOUSE THIS SUNDAY - AUG. 10
We don't have a lot of street addresses to send invitations to and the time is so short that we decided just to invite anyone on our e-mail mailing list that wants to come and help us celebrate Nathan's High School graduation. The party will run from 2 pm to 7 pm this Sunday afternoon. Our address is 15648 Bombay Blvd., South Beloit, IL 61080.
To save him answering the same question a hundred times, he has no immediate plans, except to keep serving in the Elgin House of Prayer and working at Starbucks. He'll take some time to seek God for wisdom as to what he should prepare for. For now, he is taking voice training and working on keyboard as well. He has a sensitive spirit and has done some prophetic team ministry. He is extremely gifted in computers and also interested in science. We know God will use him in a special way.
MOZAMBIQUE REPORT
ROLLAND AND HEIDI
First of all, my second and third contacts with Rolland were very encouraging. I believe God has been touching him. He was much more alert and alive when I saw him this past week. He even spoke to the Missions School for the first time this summer. He was almost totally his old self and shared a great message with the school. I had a lunch meeting scheduled with him but he had forgotten that they had scheduled him to speak to another group that lunch.
Heidi is also doing better after a very hard day last Thursday or so. I got to say a few encouraging words to her a couple of times and she was very kind to me in a number of ways. We, as a ministry, want to do so much more for Iris Ministries. They could use more financial support as well as more qualified workers in various places and bases.
OUR WONDERFUL TEAM
Our team was amazing and such a blessing to me. I loved being a papa to them. Most of them were between the ages of 17 and 27 or so. I miss them all already. We all got to prophesy together to the missions staff there. They prophesied every day to each other and had lots of practice by the time we ministered to the staff.
With some amazing leaders taking care of all the planning, etc., I had time to visit with other speakers and leaders. Most of my free time was spent working on my big book project. I might be about one half done at this point on the rough draft. There is still a lot to go and I would appreciate your prayers for the next few weeks.
THANKS
Many of you prayed for our family while I was gone. A few friends sent a much appreciated blessing as well. We appreciate you all so much. Whenever we do a missions trip, it requires a sacrifice and like everything else we do it by faith. God has been so faithful and we have always been taken care of by His loving hand.
I also had some powerful revelations while in Mozambique. I hope to share some of them later.

With his fifteen-year-old daughter they spent a little time asking God to bring her back, but finally let her go to enjoy her reward. Please pray for Paul and his daughters, her family and others who have to go on without her.
We can't answer every "why" question, but I do know that Jesus wants us to contend all the more for the healing anointing. We also need to continue to build and raise the level of faith in the body of Christ and especially focus on raising up the younger generation to do exploits for God. They will usher in the greatest healing and miracle revival. Our older generation needs to bless them with everything we have to give them, especially our love and prophetic encouragement. The days will come soon when cancer will not win the battle
INVITATION TO NATHAN'S GRAD PARTY AT OUR HOUSE THIS SUNDAY - AUG. 10
We don't have a lot of street addresses to send invitations to and the time is so short that we decided just to invite anyone on our e-mail mailing list that wants to come and help us celebrate Nathan's High School graduation. The party will run from 2 pm to 7 pm this Sunday afternoon. Our address is 15648 Bombay Blvd., South Beloit, IL 61080.
To save him answering the same question a hundred times, he has no immediate plans, except to keep serving in the Elgin House of Prayer and working at Starbucks. He'll take some time to seek God for wisdom as to what he should prepare for. For now, he is taking voice training and working on keyboard as well. He has a sensitive spirit and has done some prophetic team ministry. He is extremely gifted in computers and also interested in science. We know God will use him in a special way.
MOZAMBIQUE REPORT
ROLLAND AND HEIDI
First of all, my second and third contacts with Rolland were very encouraging. I believe God has been touching him. He was much more alert and alive when I saw him this past week. He even spoke to the Missions School for the first time this summer. He was almost totally his old self and shared a great message with the school. I had a lunch meeting scheduled with him but he had forgotten that they had scheduled him to speak to another group that lunch.
Heidi is also doing better after a very hard day last Thursday or so. I got to say a few encouraging words to her a couple of times and she was very kind to me in a number of ways. We, as a ministry, want to do so much more for Iris Ministries. They could use more financial support as well as more qualified workers in various places and bases.
OUR WONDERFUL TEAM
Our team was amazing and such a blessing to me. I loved being a papa to them. Most of them were between the ages of 17 and 27 or so. I miss them all already. We all got to prophesy together to the missions staff there. They prophesied every day to each other and had lots of practice by the time we ministered to the staff.
With some amazing leaders taking care of all the planning, etc., I had time to visit with other speakers and leaders. Most of my free time was spent working on my big book project. I might be about one half done at this point on the rough draft. There is still a lot to go and I would appreciate your prayers for the next few weeks.
THANKS
Many of you prayed for our family while I was gone. A few friends sent a much appreciated blessing as well. We appreciate you all so much. Whenever we do a missions trip, it requires a sacrifice and like everything else we do it by faith. God has been so faithful and we have always been taken care of by His loving hand.
I also had some powerful revelations while in Mozambique. I hope to share some of them later.

Greetings friends,
I just have a few minutes left in this internet office to give you a quick report.
First of all please pray for Heidi and Rolland. Another crisis today. This time with Pastors in training. Five of them were expelled from the Bible School because of bad attitudes. Heidi was really broken and could hardly speak. They also are being hit financially and she has so much pressure. Meanwhile, Rolland is trying to recover from a couple of mild strokes. He has slowed down greatly and is not himself. I believe I will have another chance to see him and to pray for him. Pray for a miracle.
Also keep praying for us and for Donna. Brenda has been under a lot of pressure without me home to carry the burdens. Part of the pressure is seeing Donna suffer so much. We are needing much prayer for Donna and Paul and for ourselves.
Meanwhile there are many wonderful things happening here in Africa. A great outreach last week in the bush. A precious young deaf and dumb teen-ager (I think) was healed and heard and spoke for the first time in his life. A church is being planted. This was their second trip in a row to this village.
There have been wonderful sessions with the team. All fifteen are developing their prophetic gifts and the unity and harmony is unprecedented. They are all willing to defer to others and have such hungry hearts for God.
On Sunday we visited a wonderful church not too far away. I got to preach to a very responsive crowd. The team did skits and sang, but the greatest singing was from the people. They were amazing. I'd love to bring them to the States to sing for us. I can't wait until our part of the transfer of wealth takes place. We will start our Chicago Sending Center and bless missions like never before.
Another need here is for Michelle Perry, our one-legged missionary in the Sudan. She is here for refreshing and has many needs for help and finances there. She has taken in over 80 orphans in just a few months. What an overwhelming thing, except for God. I wish we could do much more for these amazing missionaries.

THE TRIP
I leave for Mozambique via Atlanta and South Africa, tomorrow morning. It's a trip I take with the knowledge that God has ordained it and He will take care of our family and the ministry. I do ask for your prayers for God's hand to be on me and our team, as well as the family at home. I received a phone call this morning from a prophetic friend who shared that this trip has a special purpose and that I am in His perfect will. That was encouraging. Every trip is different and full of surprises.
The most exciting thing about this trip is the wonderful group of fifteen friends that are going with me. They are a passionate, bunch who love Jesus with all their hearts. Pray that they will see some amazing miracles and fall in love with God and His children in a greater way than ever. Pray that we will all be a tremendous blessing to Iris Ministries.
MEETINGS
We had a wonderful time at the Bloomingdale FGBM meeting on Monday night. A special anointing fell on us as we ministered along with our team to a very crowded room of hungry people. We also heard a testimony of a healing that had happened after we prayed for the leader on our previous visit in the Spring. It was a very encouraging night.
Thursday night we ministered in Rockford to a group from Life Church in Rockford. We were expecting about 10 or 12 people. But the word got out and we ended up ministering to about thirty people instead. There were some very special people, including younger children and they all seemed to be touched by the Lord.
After returning home from Africa on August 3rd, I will be spending as much time as possible working on my book project, but we will have time to take some meetings before we head for Florida to minister at a House of Hope Conference which begins on August 21.
DONNA
Our dear friend, Donna, is home again and being cared for by her family as well as members of our team, including, Jill Ruh, an R. N., and Jessie Seiler, our intern. She is back in an atmosphere of faith after being in an environment that was simply preparing her to die. Please pray for her now more than ever. Her miracle could be just a prayer away. Cancer is NOTmore powerful than the God we pray to.

It's been a couple of weeks since our last letter. So much has happened since then, but I want to let you know what's coming up so you can pray for us.
FGBM
Monday, July 14, we minister at the Bloomingdale Full Gospel Business Men's meeting - all are invited. We start at 7:30. Location is the clubhouse at the Bloomingdale Golf Course located near the corner of Glen Ellyn and Lake Street (Hwy 20). Please pray and come if you can.
MOZAMBIQUE
We have another meeting or two scheduled with various leaders later in the week and then on Saturday I leave for Mozambique once again. Please pray for me and our team of fifteen on-fire folk - most of them young adults and teens. Pray for our family left behind. They have schedules of their own and need God's grace to carry on.
DONNA
Doctors have done all they can. Now it's time for the Great Physician to do what only He can do. Will you make your appeal for her before the courts of Heaven. Her body is shutting down from cancer and the radical treatments she has undergone in recent days.
OPEN HEART EXPANDED HOUSE FELLOWSHIP GATHERINGS
Our team has been busy planning a fall schedule of network gatherings. If you are in the Chicago area and want to fellowship with us and our team, please let us know and we'll get the info to you. We plan to meet the first and third Sunday of every month and the second and fourth Thursday of each month. Meetings will include training in deliverance and inner healing, as well as worship and the Word.
REVIVAL
So many responded to our invitation to join the list of those who want to be informed when revival meetings are held. We have been meeting with some pastors and hunger for revival is increasing. Some churches have been seeing unusual things and great hunger in their churches.
THE CALL
TheCall D.C. will attract around a million people calling on God for revival and forgiveness for America. The date is August 16. If you can make it, please do.
To all Chicago area pastors. Che Ahn told us that if we could get around 100 pastors who would support a Call in northern Illinois, they would probably come. If you are a pastor or you can represent yours and want to do this, please let me know. I believe there are far more than 100 that would help support it.
CHICAGO SENDING CENTER
We met on Saturday with a small group who have a vision to send provision to Africa. God is refining our concept of the Sending Center. We believe God will give us a facility very soon and we can begin training people and sending them into the harvest field.
NEW BOOK
I haven't written a new book in over a year, but I am quite busy now, working on one that may be the most important thing I have ever done for the Kingdom. It is not my own book but I am writing it on behalf of someone else. We are hoping to release it well before the end of the year. I can't share much more about it at this time, but I would so appreciate your prayers for me for Heaven's anointing as I write.

MORE LORD!!!

Greetings Saints,
What a spiritual feast we had for five days in Deerfield, Illinois, at the Chicago River Conference. And what an honor it was to minister at the same conference with James Goll, Che Ahn and Charles Stock. The apostolic and prophetic anointing was so strong and people were powerfully touched. Many were healed and filled with the joy of the Lord. The love of God was revealed through the people and the speakers. We were especially touched by the passion of 25-30 Korean youth. These kids were so on fire and hungry for more.
As usual, wherever Brenda was, a line would form and she ministered until they had to get us out of the building. She also spoke with a powerful anointing in the two sessions when we ministered. I am married to a truly amazing woman of God!!!
James Goll delivered two of the most powerful and impacting messages I have heard in a long time. We were deeply moved by the Friday morning message, teaching on the resurrection of Lazarus, regarding the prayer that God hears. It was truly awesome and while he talked about his own wife's battle with cancer, I knew God was touching our friend, Donna. I just found out that she is doing much better than expected. Please pray for more healing virtue to flow into her body and that no new tumors would appear anywhere in her body. Thank you so much for your prayers and intercession.

Revival is Spreading

Greetings Saints everywhere,
First of all, welcome to all the new folk on our mailing list!
Many Christians we meet in various places or talk to on the phone from other regions still haven't heard that there is a historic revival of international proportions going on right now. It started in Florida, but is reaching many nations through internet and TV.
CHICAGO RIVER CONFERENCE
At this moment we are watching Che Ahn lead the healing service on God TV. Tomorrow night he will be with us in Deerfield, Illinois at the Chicago River Conference. We expect him to bring a strong dose of the revival with him. He will do three back to back services in less than 24 hours. Then on Thursday night and Friday morning James Goll will minister. He has also spent time in the revival and is an amazing prophet and preacher.
Brenda and I will minister Friday and Saturday afternoons and Charles Stock will do the services on Friday night, Saturday morning and evening, as well as Sunday morning. All of us have received something in the revival in Florida ourselves. Come if you can and get touched by this revival. We expect miracles every service. Services are at the Wilmot Elementary School in Deerfield at 7 pm, 10 am and 2 pm.
HEALING GLORY CONFERENCE
We just finished being a part of the Healing Glory Conference in Kenosha. Georgian brought three other speakers from Canada, Florida and South Africa. What a great time! I personally received awesome prophetic ministry from Jim Paul and Kobus von Rensburg. Many people were touched and we were all stretched and challenged with some radical teaching.
OTHER AWESOME MEETINGS
We ministered to about 100 people at the Watering Hole meeting on Friday morning. It was an awesome time ministering to revival-hungry people.
On Saturday, Brenda ministered with a team to a ladies retreat in Sterling, Illinois. They spent several hours prophesying to all the ladies. Everyone got touched.
PLEASE PRAY FOR DONNA
Our dear friend, Donna, has recurring cancer in her left lung. Treatment is getting very aggressive, but she is very weak and has lost a lot of weight. The doctors are expecting the worst. This fight has been going on for several years, and she is such a trooper. Cancer has come and gone in several parts of her body. Donna has a healing destiny and the enemy wants her out. But God has often waited until the last moment to show his power. When the doctor says there is no hope, God gets all the glory. So please pray earnestly with us.
We also have others who have asked for prayer. Some of our team members have close relatives fighting cancer and other diseases as well, and we lift them all up in prayer.

Adventures in Saskatchewan

Greetings Friends,
Special greetings to those in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, who are newly on our mailing list. You guys are wonderful and treated us with great country hospitality. We had two wonderful meetings and great fellowship. God moved and encouraged and strengthened the saints in this Southern Saskatchewan town. Now we are farther north on the east side of the province north of Yorkton in a town called Sturgis. We have had one meeting last night and finish tonight. It's a cute country church very similar to the first one we pastored in Parry, Saskatchewan. What a sweet group of saints. God blessed with some special revelation and prophetic ministry.
UNEXPECTED ADVENTURE
The rest of our readers don't know yet that our trip through North Dakota was quite eventful, when suddenly a truck tire and wheel appeared on the road in front of our car. Brenda was driving and the right wheels of the car hit the tire and bounced over it. It blew the front tire and did some damage to the back tire and rim. Brenda did an amazing job of keeping the car going straight and pulling off onto the shoulder. The car behind us lost both right tires and needed a tow truck. We put on the little emergency spare and drove over a hundred miles to Minot. We spent the night and tried to find rims and tires in the morning. We continued up into Saskatchewan and ended up putting about 400 miles on the little "donut" tire. In Assiniboia the Tirecraft Store was able to provide rims and get the right tires to put us back on the road again with a very smooth ride.
After the meetings we went to Regina, where we had spent the first five years of our marriage as well as two years of Bible College and University before marriage. The city has changed a lot and along with the whole province is growing again in fulfillment of Cindy Jacob's prophesy that Saskatchewan would have a big boom and prosper. God has done some amazing things, replacing a socialist government with a Christian Premier and a conservative government. Canada also has a Christian Prime Minister, even though there are not many born-again Christians in the land and many laws are still very anti-Christian.
WISCONSIN AND ILLINOIS CONFERENCES COMING RIGHT UP
In just one week we will begin the Healing Glory Conference in Kenosha at the Lake Shore Tabernacle. I mistakenly wrote Lakeview in my last letter. Come Friday night and hear Jim Paul, a great prophet and healing minister. Kobus van Rensburg will speak at least three times, including twice on Sunday. He has an amazing healing/miracle ministry in South Africa. Final details should be on the website soon.
On June 25, we begin the Chicago River Conference with Che Ahn, James Goll, Charles Stock and Ben and Brenda Peters at the Wilmot Elementary School in Deerfield. Meetings will be at 10 am, 2 pm and 7 pm. We minister on Friday and Saturday afternoon. We'd love to see many of you there.

Special greetings to those in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, who are newly on our mailing list. You guys are wonderful and treated us with great country hospitality. We had two wonderful meetings and great fellowship. God moved and encouraged and strengthened the saints in this Southern Saskatchewan town. Now we are farther north on the east side of the province north of Yorkton in a town called Sturgis. We have had one meeting last night and finish tonight. It's a cute country church very similar to the first one we pastored in Parry, Saskatchewan. What a sweet group of saints. God blessed with some special revelation and prophetic ministry.
UNEXPECTED ADVENTURE
The rest of our readers don't know yet that our trip through North Dakota was quite eventful, when suddenly a truck tire and wheel appeared on the road in front of our car. Brenda was driving and the right wheels of the car hit the tire and bounced over it. It blew the front tire and did some damage to the back tire and rim. Brenda did an amazing job of keeping the car going straight and pulling off onto the shoulder. The car behind us lost both right tires and needed a tow truck. We put on the little emergency spare and drove over a hundred miles to Minot. We spent the night and tried to find rims and tires in the morning. Below is a part of Mary Zell's letter to our team. Being a bit lazy, I'm copying her into my letter. This truly will be a great time and many people will be healed of major physical health problems.
This is going to be another great time with the Lord and His Anointed Servants. In talking to Georgian's personal assistant, I have learned that Prophet Kobus is outstanding and has a powerful healing ministry. His ministry owns a huge Christian TV station in Africa that broadcasts all over Africa, part of Europe and Asia and is coming to the U.S. Georgian makes it a point to go to his church in S. Africa twice a year because so many exciting things are going on there. Prophet Kobus will be bringing two of his three sons who do the worship for his services. I've also been told they are very humble people and love to minister to whomever, wherever and whenever - as God leads them.
Pastor Jim Paul is from Hamilton, Ontario. His church, Metro Church International, is a satellite of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship under John Arnott. Pastor Paul is very gifted prophetically. I'm told we will be Blessed beyond measure by his ministry to us.
The conference starts Friday night at 7:00 p.m. with Jim Paul; Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with Jim Paul; Saturday Afternoon at 2:00 p.m. with Prophet Kobus; Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. with Prophet Kobus; and Sunday night at 6:00 p.m. with Prophet Kobus. Tomorrow morning (Sunday) we leave early heading for Assiniboia, Saskatchewan. We ask you all for prayer covering for this trip which will involve two separate regions of Saskatchewan, Canada. I spent ten years of my childhood and seven years of higher education and work in Saskatchewan. Brenda and I met there and spent the first five years of our marriage there. It was where we first served as senior pastors. It was the place I had my awesome personal revival. We have deep roots there and I pray that we can bless the spiritual soil where we were powerfully blessed and launched from.

Last newsletter I mistakenly reported that the Healing Glory Conference was to be held in Lakeview Tabernacle. The correct name is Lake Shore Tabernacle. Refer to my last letter for details. They should be on the website soon also.
Last night we joined with Damon Stuart and others to worship and seek God for revival. God touched us in a powerful way. People were praying for one another all over the room. I shared a few things there that God was speaking. One thing God is saying is that we should never again be satisfied with religion without the power of God. We need to be those who press in to touch the Master.
PRAYER REQUEST FOR HEALING
We are still contending for the full manifestation of healing from cancer for Donna. We ministered to her last night and the night before. She is such a trooper and we pray that she begins to show more evidence of healing. This wife and mother has a healing ministry herself and the enemy wants to take her out. He can't take her out. She is healed in Jesus' name. Please join us in thanking God for this victory.
Thanks for all your love and support. God has used many of you to bless us just when we needed it.

MEETING UPDATE
In the past few days we have had two wonderful meetings. The Elgin FGBM Fellowship meeting on Thursday was awesome in the way our team worked together. About nine team members showed up to help us in the ministry and it was just awesome. On Sunday morning we shared at the Marengo Assembly of God church and had a very precious response from the people. God downloaded fresh revelation and blessed us with His presence and prophetic anointing. To God be the glory.
On Sunday morning we leave for a full week into Saskatchewan, Canada, starting in Assiniboia and then moving to Churchbridge. Please pray for a safe and blessed trip where many saints are activated into greater destiny.
After that trip we come home to a very busy schedule:

This is quite an exciting time and God has been bringing His apostles and prophets to this region to stir up all ministries to rise up to a new level of anointing and fruitfulness.
A HISTORIC EVENT
This weekend, Kim Clement and Lance Walnau will be in St. Charles, IL, at the Pheasant Run Resort 4051 E. Main Street. Lance speaks at 10 am Friday and Saturday. Kim Clement speaks at 7 pm both evenings. At 1 pm, Al and Billie Deck will lead intercession for the meetings and the region. Both speakers are amazing. Lance is a revelatory teacher of the highest level and Kim is a leading international prophet/musician. This event was initiated by Steve Schultz of the Elijah List.

Next Thursday at 7 pm we minister at The Milk Pail Restaurant in North Elgin (Hwy 25 - N. of I-90). The meeting is open to all.

WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE!

Dear Saints,
Yes, it's an awesome time to be alive. Waves of glory are splashing all over God's people around the world. The first weekend of May, Brenda and a small team from Chicago and elsewhere had a most glorious time at a ladies' retreat in Alberta. So much was accomplished according to the reports that have been coming in from ladies who were touched.
The past weekend we were at another wonderful ladies retreat in Lake Charles, IL. Almost four hundred ladies from Faith World International attended and at the end of her speaking time, Brenda asked the ladies to minister to each other. It was a most awesome time as they cried and prayed and prophesied over each other. The presence of God came so strong and they were so touched.
On Tuesday morning, we flew to Florida to take in two nights of the revival in Lakeview. Oh my! It was so glorious! We had such favor through our friendship with David T (Tomberlin), and his friend, David Ko, that they put us on the platform the first night. We sat behind Bob Jones, Bobby Conner, etc., and got to see everything close up. It was very awesome! The second night we sat in the front row as more and more known speakers showed up, filling up the platform. But the front row of the crowd was a great spot to be in. Todd Bentley was on fire and we saw many miracles and heard awesome testimonies.
One man was in a coma and they were going to pull the plug and let him die. Someone put an anointed cloth from the revival on his body and within an hour he woke up and said, "What am I doing here? He was totally healed. At least four people have been raised from the dead as the revival goes around the world through TV and internet. If you just have cable, you might want to switch to DirecTV, like others have done. (I hope they pay me for this promo.) We watch for hours every evening that we're home. It is enhancing the atmosphere in our home, and giving us a greater hunger for revival.
I'm just hearing about another child (a three-year-old) who was raised from the dead on live TV as I write.
Our itinerary on our website needs updating. Sorry, we haven't kept it up very well, recently. This weekend, we are first in Colombus, Ohio, and then at Cross Winds Community Church in Genoa, IL, for the Sunday morning and evening services.
The following weekend Kim Clement and Lance Walnau are coming to town on Friday and Saturday. We will be attending that with most of our team.

Our itinerary on our website needs updating. Sorry, we haven't kept it up very well, recently. This weekend, we are first in Colombus, Ohio, and then at Cross Winds Community Church in Genoa, IL, for the Sunday morning and evening services.
The following weekend Kim Clement and Lance Walnau are coming to town on Friday and Saturday. We will be attending that with most of our team.

Greetings Dear Friends,
Heaven has opened and God is touching many people with His supernatural power. Testimonies are coming from many directions. Some still come from our conference and others from the revival in Lakeland, Florida. You can watch that live every evening on God TV or by internet: www.freshfire.ca.
First of all, the three personal friends we asked prayer for in a previous letter have all had great reports from their doctors and are feeling much better. I believe some amazing miracles, including the healing of cancer and heart disease, are in process and the tide has turned. At the same time, finances are beginning to flow again, after a long famine, for many ministries, including ours.

HERE ARE SOME TESTIMONIES
Hi Ben And Brenda.
I wanted to let you know that I received a gold molar Sat morning at the Kenosha conference ( I showed Ben) and other dental work by the Lord. I went to my dentist on Tuesday and he indeed confirmed that it was gold. He didn't believe that the Lord did it however. He kept asking me who did the work. But I pray this is seed planted in his life. My records showed that I had an inlay on the top of the tooth and a silver filling on the back. Not even a crown.
I'm trying to get my records from him but am meeting with some resistance. I know the Lord did other work in my mouth in response to my prayer of "fix my teeth, Lord" because some sides of my teeth that were deteriorated are now filled and built up. And that's only what I can see and tell. There may be more. But the gold teeth, I feel, are for signs, not healing. At least in my case, I believe.
I was somewhat resistant to the gold teeth phenomena until David Herzog was speaking about the restoration of Israel and the Jews having their gold crowns and fillings stolen. Then I said Lord, whatever you want to do, do, whether I understand it or not.

I felt like writing a story, and then the name just came to me.
You might think that a 10 year old girl can't heal the blind or bring the dead to life, but I found out that if a grown-up can do them, then why can't I?
That's when I thought that I could do a great thing. Heal the blind and bring the dead to life!
If you think that a little girl my age couldn't do something that will make you faint,
(I'm guessing that's a YES!)Then you are going to be shocked. People my age can do the most shocking things, like bring the dead to life. I had seen things that a lot of people have never seen before.
I have seen angels that came in appearance of an orb. I have seen manna appear in a bible.
I have seen tinny gems fall from the havens above us. You might think that if you saw this, you would believe that God exist. But let me tell you something. I know that you would believe that if you saw it with you own eyes, but that doesn't mean that you don't believe for a while and then when you see it for your own eyes, you just suddenly believe that God does exist. Now some things I have only seen in
A movie called "Finger of God"( which is a great movie that I would insist watching). In that movie, I
Have seen kids probably my age pray for a women that was dying and when they were done praying,
There was gold dust were their fingers were and that woman was healed in a second and lost about

A desperate missionary family, unfamiliar with healing revivals, takes their daughter to Lakeland where she has an encounter with Jesus.
(Lakeland, Florida)—Pastor Stephen Strader of Ignited Church in Lakeland, Florida, where a massive revival has broken out, contacted Breaking Christian News about an amazing healing that took place there on Saturday, April 26, in which 14-year-old Kelsey Hays was healed from multiple immune diseases.
I telephoned Kelsey's mother, Lesley, of Kansas City, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 29, to ask her details of what happened. She and Kelsey were still in Lakeland, preparing to fly back to Kansas City where they attend the International House of Prayer (IHOP).
Some background on Kelsey and her family:
At the age of 9, Kelsey was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, an immune related thyroid condition. Later she acquired Hepatitis C, which her mother says she "fought off," but in the process it left her body weakened and subject to other immunological diseases.
Mr. and Mrs. Hayes and their family have been missionaries in Mexico—and most recently Ecuador—for at least ten years. In September of last year, they had arrived back in the states for a furlough. Shortly thereafter, in October, Kelsey fell victim to a variety of increasingly serious illnesses. She had her gall bladder removed and during the surgery doctors noticed that her liver was scarred and infected. Later, doctors believed inflammation from the infection had entered the lining of her stomach and was attacking her central nervous system. By April, Kelsey's parents and her baffled doctors were at their wit's ends. She was in continual, intense, and severely crippling pain, taking up to 30 pills a day to try and manage it.
Then one day someone at the Hays' church approached them with news of the revival in Lakeland and offered to pay the family's way there. Though they had never experienced meetings such as the ones they were about to attend, the Hays were desperate. Also, Lesley said Kelsey had shared with them a significant vision she had in March of this year, the Saturday before Easter Sunday. In the vision, Kelsey said she found herself connected to an IV, standing before the Throne of God. Jesus came down and cut the IV tube and then God the Father came down, removed the IV from her hand, took off her hospital gown and said, "It's done!" (The day after the vision, noted Lesley, was the worst day of pain Kelsey had ever had.)
Saturday, April 26, Lakeland, Florida:
By the time Kelsey and her parents arrived at the venue in Lakeland it was 6:00 in the evening. The lines of people stretching for blocks outside of the church told them that it was filled to capacity and they would not be able to get in. Standing in the crowd, the Hays heard story after story of healings and miracles happening around the world even to those not present in the meetings. Somehow, Lesley and Kelsey were finally able to get in (she thought because they had helped another suffering couple to get in), but Mr. Hays remained outside.
Kelsey was in so much pain and so fatigued she couldn't walk. Her mother literally dragged, and half carried, her up to the only space available in the balcony where they began to cry and worship the Lord. It's all they could do, she said. Standing next to them were a man and woman; complete strangers. The woman turned to Kelsey and said, "I believe God wants to give you new organs." (Kelsey's gall bladder had been removed.) The man looked at Lesley and said, "I just saw you in a dream recently. I saw myself carrying your daughter down to the stage to get prayer."
Even though at the time Todd was taking testimonies from people who had been healed, the man offered to help take Kelsey down to get prayer. Lesley, unfamiliar with the type of meeting she was in, was afraid of breaking protocol and hesitated. Moments later, Todd stopped the testimonies and said, "I see someone with an IV pain drip in their left arm. Who is that?" Remembering Kelsey's vision of standing before the throne with her IV, her mother took up the man's offer. He carried Kelsey down to the stage. Todd prayed a simple prayer, touched Kelsey's forehead and she fell out under the power of the Spirit for about 45 minutes, said Lesley.
What was happening to Kelsey during this time?
According to her mother, Kelsey said while she was "out" she was taken to Heaven. She found herself in a celestial surgical room where Jesus stood next to her looking right down at her, directly face-to-face. He said to her, "Keep your eyes on me, Kelsey. It'll be ok."
She saw angels all around her; she felt them kneading her stomach, doing deep massage on her entire body, especially her legs and arms which had been so weak. At one point while Kelsey was lying on the floor under the Spirit, her mother said Todd announced publicly: "Look! There's angels over her."
When Kelsey finally came to and stood up, Todd asked her how she felt. "I feel nothing," said Kelsey. "I feel NO PAIN!"
At this writing, it has been four days since Kelsey has experienced God's extraordinary touch of healing and she is still without pain. She's feeling just like a 14-year old girl should feel.

ARE YOU READY?

Dear Friends,
Are you ready for a new season of growth and increase? Here in the Chicagoland region, we have great expectations. The snow is all gone and we've had some summery weather. But our excitement is about the season of miracles that has begun. Most of you have heard about the extended miracle revival meetings going on in Lakeland, Florida, with Todd Bentley. Many have watched on God TV or on the internet. There is a new level of the miraculous taking place.
As I watched, I felt God telling me to claim the same level of anointing for our conference that starts this Wednesday in Kenosha, WI. Most of our speakers have a strong healing and miracle anointing. We were also given a prophetic word from Shawn Bolz about empowering people with a healing and miracle anointing. We expect not only miracles, but the impartation of an anointing for those that come to the conference. I am very excited to see what God will do.
We start off with Vance Murphy on Wednesday night and Thursday morning.. The last time he was here, a precious gal named, Danielle was healed of severe diabetes and other conditions. All her symptoms left and she lost 30 pounds the first week and continued to lose weight she didn't want or need. The time before that another great miracle happened as well. I hope many of you can come for the first meetings and stay for the whole conference.
We anticipate a huge crowd by Friday night. Make sure you come early, because people are coming from all over the country. Every service will be special and you won't want to miss a thing if you can possibly come.
LUTHERAN MEN'S RETREAT
This weekend Ron and Robbie Coltman and I ministered at a Lutheran Church Men's Retreat in Kingston, IL. What a great group of men! They ranged in age from 19 to 88. We released many prophetic words and many teachings that God laid on our hearts. Many hearts were really touched. We also enjoyed some great fellowship at the golf course of Saturday afternoon. We were having too much fun to keep score, which was a good thing.
SPECIAL PRAYER REQUESTS
We just heard from Tracy Dorn that her father, Pastor Bill Myers, whom many of you know, is having more heart problems, and the doctors are not sure what to do about it. Pray that God touches him. This week would be a good time.
Also please pray that God does a complete healing work in our friend Donna Lagerquist of Cary, IL. She has been fighting cancer for several years and has seen some victories, but recently her lung collapsed and they found a tumor in her lung. Donna is still in her forties with a godly and faithful husband and two precious daughters. We are very convinced that it is God's plan to heal her. Please pray with us.
Another precious, long-time friend, Nancy Scurto, had a bad report from the doctor regarding her heart and lungs. Please remember her in prayer also.
Also, please pray for us for wisdom and strength for the schedule for this year. There is great excitement about events later this year that are coming up.
COMING ELECTIONS
Please pray that God would still show Himself strong in the rest of this election season. Many of us are very disappointed in the choices that are left, compared to what we could have had. We can keep saying, "If only!", but that won't do us any good. It is clear that most of our Christian leaders have little or no unity on this subject, and each endorsed a different candidate. Unfortunately, it probably reflects the state of the church in America, as far as unity is concerned.
BUT GOD!!! Let's not quit praying! God might be up to something that we didn't expect. He is certainly drawing His people together. I trust that next time there will be much more unity than we saw this year. Let's also not forget that there are many important congressional seats up for election. We must elect the best representatives and senators that we can.
That's all for now. There's lots to do before the conference. If anyone still wants to serve as a volunteer, I'm sure our team could put you to work.
