North Carolina Update

Dear Friends,

We had four wonderful services here in Garner, NC. What a precious group! And what sweet and precious youth and children. There were even some of the sweetest babies to hold and have fun with. Grandpa and Grandma are missing their newest grandchildren again.

Once again, God showed up to back up His word. Words of knowledge and revelation were flowing freely. God healed, set free and empowered and encouraged dozens of precious people. This young church wants to move with God and pay whatever price it costs. Much of our focus again was on preparing for the harvest, activating personal gifts, and sacrificing personal ministry reputation and achievements for building the Kingdom. That involves getting personal inner healing, getting equipped and getting on fire for God.

PLEASE PRAY FOR:

1. REVIVAL. Did you all know that another move of God has been launched in the United States - Kansas City, to be specific? Anyone can watch during evening sessions on the internet at www.ihop.org. I'm not sure of their Thanksgiving schedule, but you can find out on the website. They have been running the revival meetings from 6 pm to midnight. We believe this move has a much more stable foundation than the previous one in Lakeland and that it has great potential to spread throughout the world in a sustained move of God.

2. OUR AMERICAN GOVERNMENT. I trust everyone is aware of what's going on in American politics and you are praying and voicing your convictions to those who will be voting in congress and especially the senate at this time.

I encourage everyone to get a copy of Sarah Palin's new book and read it. if nothing else, it will open your eyes to the need for a cleansing in our government as well as corporate America. It's not just one side or the other. Both are corrupt.

As a result liberals can make a case against the other side, just like conservatives, but some proposed solutions to the problem are like medicines that are worse than the disease. I'm about half way through the book and have been moved to tears and well as disgust with some of the activities of corrupt and downright evil forces in our nation. We so need a cleansing and spiritual revival.

PLEASE CHECK THIS OUT!

We watched and listened to Chuck Colson on Huckabee tonight and were excited about the coming together of many Christian groups, including Evangelicals, Catholics and Orthodox church leaders, to sign the Manhattan Declaration that they would take a stand for three basic foundational principles our country was founded on:

1.the sanctity of human life
2.the dignity of marriage as the conjugal union of husband and wife
3.the rights of conscience and religious liberty.
They pledged to stand up for these rights even if it meant prison or loss of non-profit status, etc. Brenda and I signed the pledge on line and you can too at: www.manhattandeclaration.org.

PLANS

We'll be home for Thanksgiving and then heading south to Orlando for the ICA conference headed up by Dr. C. Peter Wagner. We may do one meeting at Atlanta Revival Center with Vance Murphy on the way. After that we have a few days at home before we head west again to be with family for Christmas.

NEED YOUR INPUT

We wanted to touch base with our Chicago region friends before Christmas, as we've been gone for most of the past four months or more. If you would like a public meeting to hear from Brenda and me and share some fellowship together, possibly on December 9, please let us know. The schedule is tight for most people in December. We don't get a lot of meeting invitations, but still have lots of actiivities and family to see, and I know it's the same for most people.

So please let us know if you would really like to connect around then somewhere in the Chicago region. A good likelihood is somewhere in Elgin.

God bless you all!

Ben, Brenda, Family and Team
